Gabrielle Goldwater's Reports      Related Item

Shalom friends ....

I am addressing you today to help to support the victims of terrorism in Israel.

I am not only addressing here Swiss people, but people World-Wide, across all walks of life. Please pass this on as well to your Rabbis, etc.

Please .... if you care - HELP.

Terrorism as you all know has caused the victims to suffer enormously.

Terrorists and those supporting them must understand that they cannot commit murder and mayhem against Jews daily, and get away with it.

Nitsana Darshan-Leitner, Adv. in Israel, has already done her very best to represent these victims in their right cause legally.
As you know these victims have no means financially to absorb the court costs.

I am asking you today to please read Nitsana's letter addressed to myself below, which explains clearly what is needed.

It is obvious as we go along we have more victims "daily" and need more and more funds to pursue those who are responsible in court actions.

Please open your heart and open your check book since these peoples rights must be fought for ...

Nitsana is the right person to be successful in this battle.. she has proven that she can be successful, but we need funds for Nitsana to continue.

Please help .....
Kindly keep me posted with your pledges, iii44@aol.com

Remember this could be your family... your friends that need Nitsana's help tomorrow ..
If you care for Israel - help it's people - the victims.
It could be us next.

Below: Nitsana's letter addressed to myself for details:

Dear Ms. G. Goldwater,

Hope you and your family are all well.

As you know, my law office represents a large number of the terror victims who are suing the terror organizations and their financial patrons all over the World, in order to try to bankrupt those murderers economically.

Moreover, we are assisting  the terror victims in their efforts to fight back.

Barely a day passes without a new blow against the Jewish statefs civilian population and there does not appear to be any end in sight.

Gravely compounding the tragedy of the murders and the injuries being perpetrated against the victims and families is the overwhelming psychological despair and the feelings of helplessness that now permeates their daily lives.

While Israelfs military forces and security services continue their operations to arrest and kill the terrorists both inside of the Jewish state and in the territories under Palestinian control,
we are pursuing those who provide the financial support to these groups ? i.e. Iran, Syria, Iraq, the Palestinian Authority and the European Union -- in the courtroom.

The family of the soldier lynched in Ramallah by Palestinian police, the children of a father murdered in a Jerusalem bus bombing, the wife of a young breadwinner gunned down in Hadera, the parents of a student killed in a drive-by shooting and so many others, are represented have filed civil actions against the Palestinians through our law office.

We are seeking to make the criminal perpetrators who target Israeli civilians financially liable for the individuals and families they are destroying.

We want that now, more than ever, the terrorist will understand that there is still a cost involved in murdering Jews, and that we will bankrupt the regimes such as Iran, Syria and Iraq, as well as the Palestinian Authority, who are bank rolling the suicide bombings.

Recently, we were approached by seven new terror victims and their families, who wish our law office to file lawsuits against the terror organizations, which carried out the attacks that killed their relatives or injured them themselves.

Each lawsuit requires paying imminent court expenses, translation expenses and others, in the amount of  $1,500.

The terror victims barely continue with their life after been attacked in a way that destroyed their life completely.

Unfortunately, they donft have that kind of money (and other expenses down the road) to be able to take this action against those who ruined their lives.

We appeal to you whether you can help out and raise the overall required amount of $10,500 in the Swiss Jewish community, in order to file these law suits behalf of the new seven cases.

Thank you very muchand have a happy New Year,Nitsana._______________________
